Mr A.K. Shekar started Stalwart People Services with the vision to establish a business grounded in values, prioritising customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. Starting from a modest one-room office in 1991, we’ve evolved and continuously adapted to changing times to provide the best possible service to our customers, becoming the preferred name in security services and facility management and outsourced staffing solutions.
With innovation, improvement, and technological integration at the centre of who we are, we introduced Intelisenz, an AI-enabled central video surveillance platform that seamlessly works with your existing infrastructure for improved security. It offers features such as centralisation of video feeds across campuses across cities, real-time threat detection, intrusion alerts, and video forensics.
With our recent foray into staffing and AI-based solutions, we’re looking to revolutionise how companies work by maximising human output and providing them with support from artificial intelligence to increase efficiency and productivity.

Championing Change: CSR at Stalwart
Education
Stalwart strongly believes that every child deserves a quality education, as it shapes their future trajectory. We have been providing quality infrastructure and educational scholarships to underprivileged children across India. Our initiatives have encompassed a range of efforts, including constructing and refurbishing over 15 school buildings, supporting 30 classrooms, and establishing around 25 toilet blocks with separate facilities for boys and girls. Additionally, we have provided financial support for the education of more than 100 children, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.

One of Stalwart’s long-term endeavours has been medical infrastructure projects at government and government-aided hospitals, charitable trusts, and institutions. Our contributions include building expansions and renovations, creating special wards and washrooms, and donating essential medical equipment such as ventilators, oxygen line systems, oxygen concentrators, ambulances, and hospital beds. Furthermore, our endeavours have helped support over 25 life-saving surgeries for those in need.

Stalwart has strived to improve animal well-being by working with NGOs that focus on eliminating animal suffering through rescue, treatment and rehabilitation initiatives, and humane animal birth control surgeries.
