A large tree from a mini forest unexpectedly fell near the entrance of our apartment complex, Mr Siraj and his team, demonstrated exceptional presence of mind and alertness in ensuring the safety of all individuals in the vicinity. They swiftly identified the danger and took proactive steps to alert all vehicles and pedestrians to stay clear of the fallen tree preventing any injuries or accidents. Their immediate response in blocking off the area was instrumental in avoiding what could have been a major accident. We are grateful for the dedicated efforts of your security team in maintaining the well-being of our community, and we wanted to take a moment to formally acknowledge their excellent service. On 18th September 2024, a fire incident at the transformer area was brought to control by Mr Siraj and Mr Islam.
